I have helped hundreds of people over my 25 years of practice. Not only will you receive effective results in your physical body such as relief of tension and pain, equally I support you in your mental and emotional health.
Elixir Health is my offering of the skills I have gained from a lifetime of self enquiry, study and practical application.

Why receive a treatment with me?

I offer a gentle, non invasive hands - on approach, working with your body's natural ability to self repair, treating a wide range of conditions. I can often help those suffering from chronic symptoms that haven't been aided by other approaches.

I believe the body has an innate intelligence, which when given the right conditions, organises the inherent health of the body to find the best solution to any issue that arises - physical or mental.
